Should you choose a road bike or a triathlon (time trial) bike for your next triathlon? Conventional wisdom suggests that for a triathlon, the dedicated triathlon bike with optimised aerodynamics and integrated storage, is the better choice. But what happens if your race course is FULL of climbs? We put this to the test on the Ironman World Championship course in Nice to see which bike truly comes out on top.
