CASCARON is a Filipino recipe of deep fried dough balls made from glutinous rice flour, grated coconut and sugar, and glazed with coconut muscovado sugar syrup. Sweet and crisp on the outside but chewy on the inside. Cascaron is also known by many other names, depending on the region, including Tinudok, Carioca and Bitsu-bitsu.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
1/2 cup Grated Coconut
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
Oil for frying

COATING:
1/3 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Muscovado Sugar
