right then iv already widen the rims to 7j so thats the first upgrade always start from the ground up tyres wheels brakes then the suspension so im going to skip bakes for now as i plan on doing a video on upgrading to the vented 2.8 setup so here is the front shocks up grade i have chosen to do you can do this on a mk1 mk2 capri also as well as mk1 mk2 escorts most fords with the mcpherson strut set up il also show you the coilover set up to hopfully this will show you how to bring your suspension in to the 21st century this is part 2 so go watch part 1 if you haven't already
