step/s:
1. Create a folder in drive c:\ and share the folder
2. Get the IP address of the photocopier
3. Type the IP address of the photocopier in a browser
4. Enter username: Admin password: Admin
5. Type your address book name, the computer name, the share folder,
computer log in username and password then click test and submit
