Docker Development on Apple M1 via Raspberry Pi: Live!

It's mid-December 2020, and Docker for Mac is not yet compatible with the Apple M1 chip. So to tide myself over in the meantime, follow along with me as I build out a Docker server on a Raspberry Pi 4 and develop on it remotely with VSCode Remove Development.
