Canada Hindu Temple Attack | Leaders Blame 'Extremism', 'Safe Harbour Of Terrorists' In Canada

Labelling the violence at a Hindu temple near Toronto as ‘unacceptable’, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condemned the targeted attack.
However, his opponents have seized the opportunity to label his government’s tenure as a misrule.
Some Indian-Canadian leaders, including MP Chandra Arya, have alleged that Khalistani extremists were behind the violence at the Hindu Sabha Mandir temple. Some videos that went viral show a group of men attacking devotees at the temple.
Meanwhile, The Mayor of Brampton Patrick Brown called for punishment to the "greatest extent of law" for those held accountable for the violence. "Religious freedom is a foundational value in Canada. Everyone should feel safe in their place of worship," he wrote in a post on X.
While Canadian opposition leader Pierre Poilievre promised to unite the people and end the chaos, Toronto MP Kevin Vuong asserted that "Canada has become a safe harbour for radicals".
