I built this Glen-L Squirt between March 2022 and August 2023. It sure is a great boat.
Okuome Mahogany plywood
Sapele mahogany frames
African mahogany deck with maple strips
120 pounds finished. 120 pound Suzuki 4-stroke motor.
Battery up front for ballast.
Coated with enough epoxy to sink a ship.
1 year, 4 months to build on the calendar. Took 4 months off in winter because temps were under 60 degrees. So 1 year of consistent work, every day, at least 2 hours and sometimes 8. Loved it all. Worth it. So much fun.
