Granite Peak Climb: Montana State High Point

Описание к видео Granite Peak Climb: Montana State High Point

Granite Peak is the tallest mountain in Montana at 12,807 feet. The total climb (there and back) is about 24 miles with 8000 feet of elevation gain and multiple class 5 portions. Great climb! For sure one of the top 3 hardest state high points in the lower 48 so make sure you are comfortable with a long approach and some low class 5 if you go for it. We chose to camp on Froze to Death Plateau, then summit and return to the car on the second day.
