In July 2024, Šibenik hosted an innovative educational program titled "Transforming a Community through Sustainable Management of Cultural Heritage." This program, created by the Fortress of Culture Šibenik and supported by the Erste Foundation, aimed to provide Ukrainian heritage professionals with insights into sustainable heritage management and the utilization of EU funds for cultural projects. Over the course of seven days, participants engaged in lectures, workshops, and site visits.
