I wanted to try my hand at building an inexpensive Solar Pool Heater. This designed worked great and was able to get our pool water to over 90 degrees in the summer.

If I was to do it again, I would leave the Poly Carbonate Roof Off of until the fall when I need the extra heat, during the summer it was too much and actually caused the black tubing to get so hot that it collapsed and melted together completely blocking the flow of the water.
