Step 1: Open Snapchat App, and then login to your Snapchat Account.

Step 2: Tap on your 'profile icon' at the top left.

Step 3: Tap on Gear Icon at the top right.

Step 4: Scroll down to 'Who Can...' section, and then tap on 'Customize Emojis' under that.

Step 5: Tap on 'Friend Emoji' that you want to change.

Step 6: Now, Tap on Emoji that you want.
