This week on CAS TV, Miles Berry talks with Simon Humphreys, the National Coordinator for Computing At School, about CAS and its aims and ethos. Not to mention the really important things, such as how it can help teachers of all levels to improve and widen their practice and support within the subject of Computing.

Simon taught for 25 years before working for CAS and, as one the founding members of Computing at School, he has overseen the development of CAS from a small group of 20 to an organisation of over 25,000 members.

Simon and Miles discuss in a brief and conversational manner just how the organization is based around local communities of practice where teachers enable and empower each other through local, face-to-face professional development and support
