I increased the size of my tennis racquet grip by two steps (from 4-3/8 to 4-5/8) using a heat shrink sleeve. It's "permanent", but removable if needed, and doesn't compromise the stiffness of feel of the grip tape . DIY for less than $10. Video shows the installation, before and after circumference, and complete regripping.
