Описание к видео Libassa Wildlife Sanctuary Releases Sooty Mangabeys Back Into the Wild!

We are thrilled to share some great news with you! A group of 24 orphaned and rehabilitated sooty mangabeys was released back into the wild in the majestic Warkolor forest in Liberia. These monkeys are native to tropical West Africa and live in various types of forests. This release was led by the Libassa Wildlife Sanctuary - LiWiSa through a grant from WABiLED. Watch this video reel to see how we prepared for this big milestone and how the monkeys adapt to their new Warkolor Forest home. 🐒

We are so grateful to everyone who contributed to this project and helped us make a difference. Thank you!

More updates from us soon on how the group of 24 sooty mangabeys, also known as ‘Mickey’s Group’ are reintegrating back into the wild.
