Full moon - New moon

Sri Sri Sri Acharya Prabodhananda Yogeeswarlu discusses Full moon and new moon in this video.
He says, "Poornam is 'Complete or whole.'
The Pournami night is brighter than the rest of the nights.
The Amavasya night is darker than the rest of the nights.
Everyone is aware of this.
One night glows, and another night exists in darkness.
Amavasya is darkness, and the Pournami is brightness.
God created this system of light and darkness in the physical world.
Many compare light and darkness with Joy and Suffering in the world.
Suffering is like darkness, and Joy is like a bright light.
Suffering wouldn't stay forever, nor Joy wouldn't stay forever in life.
People around you, motivate you by saying have hope in life, joy/light would come into your life soon.
That is true.
Joy and suffering in life are like a bright light and darkness.
That comparison is correct.
That's the point of view of the world.
We gather here to learn the Spiritual point of view.
Adhyatmikam/Spirituality is nothing but learning about the Atma/Soul.
Getting to know the Atma/Soul is called Adhyatmikam/Spirituality.
Is everyone learning the Atma/Soul in spirituality?
If you search outside, you'd never find Atma because Atma exists in the body.
That's why learning the inner body system is called Adhyatmikam/Spirituality.
The Atma exists in the body."
Throughout the video, he explains about the Atma and his tasks in the body.
