Boyce is a Grey-Headed Flying-Fox who was trapped in a pool enclosure. He had nothing to climb onto to get enough height to escape. He will be in care with a wildlife carer for a couple of days to see if he's OK. If he's fine, he'll be released this week. If he's not OK it will become obvious in the next 24 hours. He may have hit his head. He may have inhaled pool water. At this stage it's too early to tell what his story is, and what injury, if any, he has.

Update: Boyce was released 3 days after coming into care. He was fine. There's a video of his release up.
