From Season 1 of Paramount's hit 80s TV series, "SOLID GOLD", enjoy our host DIONNE WARWICK introducing superstar, ISAAC HAYES singing his hit, "DON’T LET GO", produced by myself (Solid Gold's musical director and theme composer, Michael Miller - aka "Mickle"). This performance, enhanced by the Solid Gold Dancers, is from Season 1 of SOLID GOLD, which aired on Feb. 21, 1981. Dionne Warwick is even singing background vocals on the track, accompanied by Darlene Love and Eunice Peterson. Just two years prior to this, Isaac Hayes wrote Dionne‘s comeback hit, “Déjà Vu”, produced by Barry Manilow!
