Wheat flour गेहूँ का आटा 300gm
Sugar powder to taste पीसी चीनी स्वादानुसार 1/3 cup
Semolina सूजी 2tbsp
Desiccated coconut नारियल भूरा 60gm
green cardamom powder हरी इलायची का पाउडर 1tsp
fennel seeds सौंफ 2 tsp
Meetha soda मीठा सोडा 1/4 tsp
milk powder मिल्क पाऊडर 3 tbsp
Milk for dough (as required ) दूध 1cup
Ghee देसी घी 3tbsp
Ghee for frying as required रोट तलने के लिए घी आवश्यकता अनुसार
