Can we put examples of Minor Permission to Travel forms, and Power of Attorney Forms on our Google Business page? Or is this considered practicing Law?

Are there any differences between doing a Loan Signing online and in person? Aside from the obvious? If so are there any videos of how to conduct an online signing?

I am a CA notary. I have been getting a good amount of pushback from clients after they hear there is a “travel fee” involved. I’m a CA notary and, there is no other way around, it but to disclose the the travel fee before rendering the notary services. I have used travel fees, convenience fees, and even a service fee, but I still get “I will call you right back.”

Any better way to address the travel fee to clients so they understand the value I am bringing to the table?

How do we explain to clients for RON that we cannot act in the capacity of a witness if our State Law is that we cannot be a witness and notarize the same document? I am in Tennessee.

I've been researching hashtags but can't seem to get an answer.
I understand you describe what you do (ex: #notarypublic), and where you're located (ex: #citystate), but then does it confuse Google when you include members of your target audience (ex: #titlecompany, #loanofficers)?
Is this too much information to include?
Also, should you be more specific and include the city or county (ex: title company Denver)?

For RON do you have to upload your state notary certificate (Acknowledgment, jurat) to the platforms or does the platform provide them? Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.
