On March 25 and 26, 2025, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Director Lt. Gen. Jeff Kruse testified before Congress to present the Intelligence Community’s Annual Threat Assessment (ATA) report.
Appearing alongside the Director of National Intelligence, CIA, FBI, and NSA leaders, Lt. Gen. Kruse addressed U.S. lawmakers on critical global security issues — including nuclear proliferation and the prolonged Russia–Ukraine conflict.

This open, unclassified hearing was part of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence sessions — offering the public a transparent view of U.S. national defense priorities in 2025.
