Foraging MATSUTAKE MUSHROOMS 🍄‍🟫 Hunt & Cook: We find CHANTERELLES too!

Greetings from the PNW, one of the best places where the matsutake grows! Found only in the wild, these elusive mushrooms can be tricky to find. No one has successfully cultivated matsutake yet, so their rarity makes them one of the most expensive mushrooms in the world.

Today we venture into the steep terrains south of Mount Rainier to hunt for these earthy treasures. We hit some jackpots and even find a whole bunch of chanterelles! Afterwards, we clean, cook and eat them 🤩 Note: This video was filmed in October 2024.
