CREAMY SPINACH MUSHROOM PASTA
Serves 3-4 Unless you're greedy like I am, then maybe serves 2 :)

Ingredients:
Spaghetti (I use the Barilla brand)
1 cup of mushrooms (I like baby bella mushrooms)
1/2 bag of spinach
1 bag of shredded Parmesan
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. black pepper
1 garlic clove (chopped)
A pinch of salt
3 stalks scallions/green onions (chopped)
1/2 an onion (chopped)
Simply Organic All Purpose Seasoning (OPTIONAL)
