We’ll be targeting those fancy-sounding muscles – abdominals, obliques, psoas, and transverse abdominis (I know, sounds sophisticated, right? 😉) – but no worries, I’m here to make it easy to understand and enjoyable for EVERY BODY!

Whether you're new to belly dance or just looking for a gentle workout, this class is designed with YOU in mind. I like to think of myself as the Richard Simmons of belly dance (love him, RIP 🧡), bringing energy, fun, and encouragement to all! So, grab your favorite coin belt, a bottle of water, and let's move together in a way that makes your body feel strong and fabulous! 🌟

👉 Important: Be sure to warm up those lovely bodies before we begin – a few spine rolls, shoulder rolls, and hip circles will do the trick! We’ll also end with a soothing cooldown to leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished. I've got you covered! 💪💖
