The Wild ride of Jason Preston making it to the NBA.
From ONLY averaging 2 PPG in his final year of Highschool to being drafted in the NBA and now putting up good numbers in the NBA.
Jason Preston was an unranked Highschool basketball player who was just averaging 2PPG with no intention of going to play college basketball and not even thinking he'd be playing in the NBA one day.
Jason went onto prep school where he was only on the C
Team, where he had to make a highlight tape for himself and put it out on twitter hoping it would be seen by college coaches.
Eventually 2 division 1 colleges offered him scholarships and he ended up committing to Ohio.
Where he put up great numbers, getting better and better each year till he became a big name in the NCAA getting the attention NBA teams.
I'm 2021 his name was finally called as he was drafted 33rd in the NBA draft.
This video was made just before he got called up to clippers.
