How to start a career in horticulture

Describing how to start a career in horticulture as schools/colleges do not provide it as a viable option for younger people. It is not accessible for people to study horticulture and this needs to change.

At 18, I was left with no idea what I wanted to do with life or what to study; if I had known horticulture was a career option for me, I would have found my own way a lot sooner.

There are many vocational skills colleges and classes out there; they are just inaccessible for younger people and you face a stigma when applying to them.

I currently run my own gardening business and work in a vocational career day to day. I'd love for others to be able to do the same easily.
