Multiple Victim Rescue with a VRS

I was asked if a 40 foot PSS - PES - VRS (Personal Safety - Personal Escape - Versatile Rescue System) could be used to perform a multiple victim rescue from a 3rd floor window. This short video will give you a perspective of how much rope or webbing is required for this type of evolution. Bottom line; If you want to perform this type of rescue from a 3rd floor window you will need a 50 foot system - For the Rescuer to be able to descend, the second victim needs to reach the ground or a balcony as the rope/webbing can not have any load on it or it will act as a brake on the DCD - I will follow up with a video in the future showing this evolution in it's entirety.
