My review of the less discussed 2003 direct to video feature film based in the Batman The Animated Series universe. While I find it the least of the three features the central concept is still good and it should have been included in the series Blu-ray boxset. Sadly this disc was an older Warner studio title and features a disappointing transfer despite presenting a widescreen transfer bettering the DVD’s 4:3 presentation.
