• Manual splicing for both forming and lidding films
• Programmable starting of the heaters
• Operator’s guards against accidents with safety micros Schmersal for machine stop in case of door opening
• Movements on sealed bearings or self-lubricating bushes

• Reel holders for forming materials and lidding materials with motorised rewinder fitted on the machine

Safeties and Controls
Machine is complete with a set of devices protecting the operator, the product and the machine itself.

Standard safeties and controls are the following:
 Thermic overloads on motors
 Sensors for reels exhausting
 Counter for good blister produced
 Partial and total hour meter
 Automatic blister ejection in case of junction on reel forming and lidding material
 Warning lamp
 Heaters control
 Cooling system control
 Pressure regulator
 Automatic rejection of the blisters which, after a programmable stop of the machine, could be overheated
 Operation mode which permits operations with open guards

The machine always stops at the end of the stroke (with the exception of emergency stops) with pre-heating and sealing plates opened in order not to damage the packing material
