We are so glad that you're here. We're originally from small towns in the southern US. We moved to Germany many years ago and quickly fell in love with the country. As American expats living in Germany, things haven't always been easy, but we embraced our expat life and have grown to love our life in Germany.

The hardest part of living in Germany is being so far away from our children in college and extended family so we retired early and decided to try living part time in Germany and the United States. We'll share our travel experiences along with things that surprise us about living in both places.
