🔬 Experiment: Measuring Temperature Changes in Chemical Reactions | Exothermic vs. Endothermic 🔥❄️

In this video, we explore how to measure the change in temperature during chemical reactions to determine if they are exothermic (heat-releasing) or endothermic (heat-absorbing). We'll carry out two reactions:

Reaction 1: NaOH (aq) + HCl (aq) → NaCl (aq) + H₂O (l)

Reaction 2: Ba(OH)₂•8H₂O (s) + 2NH₄Cl (s) → BaCl₂ (aq) + 10H₂O (l) + 2NH₃ (aq)

Watch as we carefully measure and observe the temperature changes to conclude the nature of these reactions.
