Further various early symptoms of reduced blood calcium levels and increased blood calcium levels are illustrated followed by various methods to keep the balance of body calcium (கால்சியம்) level. The role of exercise and various calcium rich foods (உணவுகள்) in increasing the blood calcium level is explained. Doctor karthikeyan ends the video by explaining about the various side effects of calcium tablets, the dose of calcium tablets and indications for taking calcium tablets.
