Insanity must run in this family. Mephilia is a bit trickier than her sister, but nothing too unmanageable.

Mephilia - Girtablulu, Summon Soldiers

Mephilia operates on a 3 turn rotation. Every 3rd turn she'll cast Girtablulu, a powerful Earth summon. She uses Summon Soldiers on the 5th turn, and (speculation here) may resummon throughout the fight if both supports are killed.

The Legion Archer is packing Chaos Arrow, and must be dealt with either quickly or guarded against with Confuse resist. I went with the former for this attempt in favor of Mage Shell to help mitigate Girtablulu damage.

Endure handles the physical attacks of Mephilia and the Legion Impaler. I brought Two-Handed along speed the encounter some and help pick off the Archer quickly. Unequipping a shield exposes Agnés to some decent damage, but nothing unrecoverable.
