Wandering Around Kyoto - Trains, Cicadas, Hidden Bamboo Forest, Vegetarian/Vegan Restaurants

This video is the first installment documenting our adventures in Japan during the summer of 2023.

We had an incredible experience in Kyoto, exploring some popular tourist spots as first-time visitors. The weather was so hot and humid but the city was so charming, particularly during the early morning hours. We also stumbled upon a hidden (and true) bamboo forest that was genuinely magical. The Cicadas' sound was incredibly loud and added to the summer atmospheric vibe.

We are grateful for the memories we made together and cannot wait to go back again :)
