Glutinous Rice Layer 糯米层 配料 :
200g Glutinous rice (Soaked for 3hr) 200克 糯米 (浸水3小时)
50ml Coconut milk + 50ml Water 50毫升 椰浆 + 50毫升 水
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
3 pcs Pandan Leaves 3片 班兰叶
40ml Coconut Milk 40毫升 椰浆
30g Sugar 30克 糖
1½ tablespoon Blue pea flower juice 1½汤匙 蓝花汁
(12 pcs Blue pea flower 12片 蝶豆花 + 3 tablespoon Hot water 3汤匙 热水)

Pandan Layer 香兰层 配料 :
3 Eggs 3粒 鸡蛋
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
140g Sugar 140克 糖
120ml Pandan juice 120毫升 班兰汁
(12 pcs Pandan Leaves 12片 班兰叶+ 120ml Water 120毫升 清水)
200ml Coconut milk 200毫升 椰浆
25g Plain flour 25克 面粉
20g Corn flour 20克 玉米粉
