1968 UCLA at Houston

This is The 1/19/1968 UCLA at Houston game. It is college basketball's version of "The Game of The Century". 1 vs 2. Lew Alcindor vs Elvin Hayes. I have a few portions of the first half which I believe are Audio Recreations by Dick Enberg done for the Old "The Way it Was" series. The second half is the original broadcast. Elvin Hayes was the Star of this game with a caveat. Lew Alcindor had an eye injury that hindered his performance. He played anyway and played pretty well but not good enough. A rematch in the final four ended up as a UCLA Blowout win but this was the game that everyone remembers. Made for National TV. It was the first Nationally televised College basketball game.
