Today I had the pleasure of trying out some light gun games via the 'EmuVR' Beta using my old Oculus Rift which has been gathering dust until late, when I had the urge to play classic games in a nostalgic setting after seeing the awesome EmuVR.

This particular video is a full playthrough of the Dreamcast classic - Confidential Mission. I never had the opportunity to play the full game as a kid but fondly remember the demo from the UK Official Dreamcast magazine back in the day. Being able to experience it within a nostalgic settings through EmuVR has been amazing.

I have been absolutely blown away by how well light gun games worked in EmuVR, the talent that has been put into this masterpiece of virtual reality software is amazing and better yet, it is absolutely free!

This uses Retroarch for emulation, so classic light gun games across Sega systems including the Master System, Mega Drive (Genesis), Sega Saturn and Dreamcast are supported. This also supports various Nintendo systems including the NES and SNES.
