This is a video to demonstrate a ninja kettle heating to 90°c on a 240v system, I mention 240v because if you are in the US or anywhere with 120v your kettle will boil slower than this so take that into consideration when comparing.
The amount of water here is about one cup and just about registers on the 2cup level.
