Baby back ribs shook down with Strawberry’s and Suckle Busters Pork & Rib rub, then smoked at 245° for five hours and 15 minutes over apple wood spritzing once an hour with apple juice. Wrapped in butcher paper at the three hour mark and went two additional hours, then rested for one additional hour before slicing. Turned out great and the family loved them.
