Today I make some candy! Sea Foam Candy is a delicious candy with only a few ingredients. I found this recipe in a holiday book from the 60's or 70's but I altered it a bit, The original recipe calls for dark brown sugar and dark corn syrup, sea foam is white so why would you use dark sugars? I changed it to light brown sugar and light corn syrup. Enjoy a mouth full of sugary marshmallowily goodness after you learn how to make this scrumptious candy!
