Flatty fishing with My Lure Box soft glides, and Pig lures, 31/07/24

during the recent crappy weather.

This was a ripper little arvo sesh at the local!

I finally got to put some method to the madness with the My Lure Box soft glides after watching some videos!
I was all smiles with a 65cm flatty making it into the net after missing 3 hits on the big glides prior to that due to the wrong rod choice. I’m stoked to have now sussed out the perfect rod for this application!

I also boated some great fish with single and double hookups on the Pig 6’ and 8’ lures, kicking the arvo off with a 58cm flatty on the 6’ Trout Piglet.

Woohoo! I bloody love flatty season 😃
