I spent four years building a clinic. I worked hard. I showed up.

I didn’t quit because I was bored or unmotivated.

This year, I realised I’m autistic — and that my nervous system has limits I can’t push past anymore.

When there’s too much pressure, my body shuts down.

Right now, the idea of a traditional job isn’t unappealing — it’s a full-body no.

Not because I don’t want to work.
Not because I don’t care.
But because my nervous system goes into survival.

So I’m building what I can, in ways my body can handle.
Creating. Social media. A small Etsy bow business on the side.

It’s not the dream. It’s not the end goal.

It’s just what’s possible right now.

Some days I feel like I’m drowning as I learn how my brain actually works — but I know this isn’t forever. It’s a chapter.

And I’m deeply grateful for the support I do have right now.

This is me learning to work with my brain, not against it 🤍
