On 12 March Cricut announced they are updating Design Space by putting caps on uploads. Cricut is limiting users to 20 free uploads per month. A subscription of $9.99 per month will have to be paid to lift any restrictions and reinstate the functionality to what it was before.

I'm angry and disappointed and if you're a Cricut user I imagine you feel the same way. I've made this video to share what is going on, why it's important and a few suggestions on how we can take action as a community.

REFUNDS / RETURNS
The first port of call would be the retailer who sold the unit to you. If you paid with a credit card, you can alternatively seek compensation from them.
