Hot Milk Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 eggs
1/8 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon Rumford Baking Powder
1 teaspoon flavouring
1/3 teaspoon salt

Method:
Beat eggs, add sugar and flavouring, dry ingredients sifted, then milk brought to a boil with butter melted in it.
Bake 350ºF for 12 - 40 minutes.
