Quick and simple dish | Aloo aur bengun k pakore | Crispy and crunchy fries......!

Recipe:-

2 medium sized potatoes
2 medium sized eggplant (bengun)
oil for fry
gram flour (besun) 450 grams

spices:- for marination

chilli flakes (1bsp)
salt according to your taste
cumin powder (1 tsp)
coriander powder ( 1 tbsp)
paprika powder optional
turmeric powder (1 tsp)
vinegar ( 1tbsp)

for batter:-

gram flour
water
rice flour (1tbsp)
chopped green chillies (1bsp)
ginger gratted (1tbsp)
green coriander (1tbsp)

make batter with all this ingredients given above.

تلنے کے لیے تیل
چنے کا آٹا (بیسن) 450 گرام

مصالحہ:- میرینیشن کے لیے

مرچ فلیکس (1 چمچ)
نمک آپ کے ذائقہ کے مطابق
زیرہ پاؤڈر (1 چمچ)
دھنیا پاؤڈر (1 کھانے کا چمچ)
پیپریکا پاؤڈر ا
ہلدی پاؤڈر (1 چمچ)
سرکہ (1 چمچ)



چنے کا آٹا
پانی
چاول کا آٹا (1 چمچ)
کٹی ہوئی ہری مرچ (1 چمچ)
ادرک پسی ہوئی (1 کھانے کا چمچ)
ہرا دھنیا (1 چمچ)

اوپر دیے گئے ان تمام اجزاء سے بیٹر بنا لیں۔
