F-35 First Flight

This is my new F-35 from Banana Hobby. Here are some of my thoughts about this model.

When I received my F-35 it was in very good condition. I purchased the ARF version and only needed to glue the wings, connect servos and control horns, install the gyro and rx. All the parts were there and neatly packed inside. You will need your own tx, rx, battery and glue. However, Banana Hobby does sell a RTF version.

Building the F-35 was a claustrophobic experience for myself. Fitting the gyro, rx and battery in to the small fuselage was a bit frustrating. You may want to know that you can install the gyro front to back by reversing the servo controls from the transmitter. The video that Banana Hobby posted on you tube states that for a delta wing you must install the gyro from side to side which is almost impossible. One other small complaint is that all the wiring was a bit short. In all I am very happy with this plane.
