You could pack as many vegetables as you can into food. Took a skinny sweet potato and spiralized it into a glass cup. (Used the large blade side.) Added a teaspoon of water, covered it with a glass plate and microwaved it for 3 minutes. Added butter. Delicious and a great texture. An easy healthful snack, or could be a side dish with a meal!
