Some goals for 2026:

1) I want to spend more time to study God’s Word because I want to know and discover more of who God is and learn how to walk with Him.

“Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you.” (James 4:8)

“That I may know Him…forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:10, 13-14)

2) I want every aspect of my life to be for His glory - that I live not for self, but for Jesus who has done so much for me.

“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31)

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20)

3) I pray for strength for the year ahead, God to guide my steps and for God to help me live a life that is pleasing to Him.

“let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith” (Hebrews 12:1-2)

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)
