It’s not your GPA, your popularity, or the clubs you joined that determine your future. It’s the quieter, often unseen experiences: the ways you learned to survive, the stories you told yourself about who you are, and the people who made you feel like you mattered. Jace Marzan is a Westmoor High School alumnus and educator dedicated to uplifting youth through culturally responsive wellness and student-centered support. As a school counselor and University Lecturer, Jace brings a powerful perspective on belonging, identity, and the unseen experiences that shape young people’s lives.
