Hello, fellow cultist! In this video I'll show you how to make two different kinds of wood pallets and I'll throw in a futuristic science fiction pallet to sweeten the deal. What's not to love?

Unfortunately, the task of clicking a button on my camera was too much for me to handle, so I didn't manage to record me painting the things. Here's a quick summary:

I painted the wood pallets with paints thinned to a wash consistency. I brushed on some water on the surface before applying the washes, which dissolved the glue, so be careful with that. It was essentially the same method and colors as in my "How to Make Concrete Walls" video: [   • How To Make Concrete Walls For Wargam...  ](   • How To Make Concrete Walls For Wargam...  )

For the SciFi pallet, I gave it a base coat of white and then I used my airbrush to paint it yellow. After that had dried, I used masking tape to mask of the stripes and I finished them with an almost black grey. The weathering was done with a rust-red enamel wash and by stippling orange and brown with a bit of sponge. I also stippled on a metallic color and I hit the edges with the same metal color using a paintbrush.

I hope you find it useful! :-)
