Muslim Chaplaincy at DMU

De Montfort University offers a wide range of Chaplaincy services for its students including the DMU Prayer Room which has a capacity of over 400, recently renovated ablution facilities and support from a Muslim Chaplain (Imam) to enhance the student experience.

De Montfort University is based in Leicester, in the heart of the UK and only 1hr from London by train. Leicester is a friendly, welcoming, diverse city with over 100 different nationalities. Students from DMU can use the faith facilities on campus, as well as in the city centre. Support is available to make new students feel welcome as soon as they arrive on campus.
